Delivery methods
Delivery within Poland is provided using the methods available at checkout. The current delivery cost is displayed in the bag and order summary before you click the button that creates a payment obligation.
Delivery to other countries is possible only where the country can be selected in the checkout form.
Fulfilment time
Orders are normally fulfilled within 2–7 business days after payment is recorded, or after the order is confirmed where the selected payment method does not require advance payment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or will be materially delayed, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided.
Payment methods
The available payment methods are displayed each time at checkout. The store may offer online payments, a bank transfer or other methods shown in the bag.
The full amount due, including product prices, taxes and delivery cost, is displayed before an order is placed.
No pre-selected paid extras
The store does not add paid services or options without the customer’s express choice. Any paid extra, if offered, requires the customer to actively select it.
